FIRST TIME

ARREST WARRANT
If there is a warrant for your arrest and you have not been booked, let us help you make the arrangements. We can assist you with finding a bail bond company that will get you through the process with a certain amount of dignity and speed.
MISDEMEANOR
In the MISDEMEANOR courts you can go to court alone but there is no effective way for you to share your side of the story with the district attorney or the court. If you try, the court will stop you so that you don’t say anything incriminating on the record that can be used against you. You will also see they do not have time to do more than tell you what you are charged with and what the offer from the prosecution is if you plead guilty. FELONY
In the FELONY courts, the judge will rarely let a person represent themselves because of the potential for a state prison sentence. The Public Defenders and Indigent Defense Attorneys paid by the county are overwhelmed and overworked with the volume of cases they are forced to handle.
